Her professional experience includes comprehensive clinical internships at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, the Brampton Naturopathic Teaching clinic within the Brampton Civic Hospital, and the Flemingdon Health Centre. Her commitment to natural medicine and continuing education is demonstrated by further training as a naturopathic doula, certification in the treatment of facial acupuncture, and the completion of additional courses that complement her practice including an integrative fertility methods course.
Kelly’s passion lies in treating women’s health with a particular focus on hormonal health, pelvic health, fertility, and autoimmune disease. Her aim is to provide women with alternative options to address the complex and often multifaceted concerns associated with hormonal health that are traditionally treated with hormonal contraceptives. Fundamental to her practice is identifying the root cause of a patient’s concern by studying the individual’s unique physiology, genetics, and lifestyle characteristics that may be impacting their health. Her innate curiosity of the body and passion for helping others motivates her to always ask “Why” and encourages her to find an answer that will effectively treat her patient’s concerns. She is focused on providing research driven and evidence based naturopathic medicine, and encourages an environment of collaboration and knowledge sharing with other health care practitioners. She is committed to serving patients of all experiences and backgrounds.
The foundation of all of Kelly’s treatments rely on the pillars of well-being; diet, exercise, sleep and mental health. She commonly incorporates nutrition, botanical medicine, and acupuncture into her treatment protocols.
Kelly is currently accepting new patients.
