Osteopathy

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment that focuses on restoring proper movement & function to the entire body. It is a very safe and gentle manual therapy that includes craniosacral, myofascial and visceral techniques.
Osteopaths combine an extensive knowledge of anatomy & physiology with a highly refined sense of touch to identify areas of dysfunction. They then use a variety of gentle techniques to release the physical strains and restore normal body mechanics.
