This often leads to issues such as increased stress, weight gain, hormone imbalance, blood sugar issues and mood disorders. In this talk we will dig in to the importance of getting a good night’s sleep, what a good night’s sleep really looks like and how we can ensure that we are getting it, with a focus on nutrition and eating habits for best results!
